Adayalakkallu view point at Kochukamakshi near Chempakappara one of the most popular view point in erattayar grama Panchayat. Adayalakkallu – a cultural heritage point Adayalakkallu at Kochukamakshi having a tall large sheet of granite near the temple. The stone is about 15 feet tall and four feet wide with a thickness around 20 cms and stands in an erected position.

Ponmudi Dam

The Ponmudi Dam , in the Idukki district , State of Kerala, India, is a hydroelectric project constructed across the Panniar River, a tributary of the Periyar River which is the longest river in Kerala. Built in 1963, it has a length of 294 metres (965 ft).
